I read a funny story a few months ago about a prankster in eastern Sweden who tried to shut off the lights to an entire town with nothing but… more… light?

In November, for example, parts of the country average 17.5  hours of light per month. Electric street lamps are everywhere, but one joker in the village of Brokind shined a flashlight on a streetlight sensor and managed to turn off the city’s lighting grid. The lamp “thought” it was daylight, and the town went dark.

For some strange reason, nobody reported the prank for an entire day.

Anyway, here’s what they might have seen without the city lights. Don’t forget to subscribe!
