It’s been dumping here in Molde the last few days, and when the clouds cleared we were left with a meter of fresh powder. I went out to the car and basically did what this guy did:




Welcome to life in the Frozen North.

It’s pretty awesome, actually, and I spent a cold Saturday night shooting Magnus Mongstad and Tobias Løkhaug shredding in the fresh snow here in Molde. These guys are totally, absolutely, beyond a doubt, completely stoked about skiing. I don’t think I’ll ever in my life do anything like what they’re pulling off.

I froze in the 7F/-13C night, all my Norwegian buddies seemed to think it was really hot out, and by the end of the evening my fingers were too cold to even remove the flash from my camera. At least I snagged a couple of cool shots. I’m psyched to get up in the big mountains with these dudes.
